King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has completed a review of its European, U.K. and Middle East business that will see 15 percent of its partners in the region leave the firm. The cuts come alongside up to 45 business services redundancies in London.

The review is the second to hit the legacy SJ Berwin arm of KWM in the past year. In July 2015, the firm concluded a partnership review which was expected to result in more than 15 equity partners leaving the firm. That review related to partnership performance.
