Mayer Brown JSM has added a new partner in Hong Kong.
Former Sidley Austin corporate partner Nicholas Chan joins to advise on corporate finance transactions. In 2014, he acted for Chinese developer New Heritage Holdings Ltd. on a $121 million investment by China LVGEM Property Holdings. In 2013, he represented Chinese software developer Netdragon Websoft Inc. on the $1 billion sale of its Android app store application 91 Wireless to Baidu Inc.
