U.K. firm Watson Farley & Williams has struck an alliance with Hanoi-based firm LVN & Associates.
LVN & Associates was until June the Vietnamese partner firm of San Francisco-based Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. The two-lawyer firm was founded by partner Linh Quynh Doan in 2010, and associate Dzung Vu, a former Hogan Lovells associate, joined the following year.
