Winston & Strawn Asia litigation head Adrian Yip has left to join Morrison & Foerster in Hong Kong.
Yip started Tuesday as a partner in MoFo’s commercial litigation group. He advises multinationals on China- or Hong Kong-related litigation and arbitration involving asset recovery, corporate restructuring and intellectual property disputes. He also handles regulatory matters and internal investigations. Yip will be joined next week by three associates.
