A second partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft’s Hong Kong office has left now that the U.S. firm has acquired full local-law capability.

Capital markets partner Joseph Lee rejoins U.K. firm Simmons & Simmons as a partner, where he had worked until 2007. His departure follows that of David Neuville, also a Simmons alumnus who left Cadwalader late last month.
