U.K. firm Simmons & Simmons has added a new lawyer in Hong Kong, bringing back a former partner to strengthen its capital markets practice.

David Neuville was most recently a Hong Kong partner at New York-based Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where he advised on the U.S. law aspects of equity and debt capital markets deals. Neuville, who was a partner at Simmons between 2004 and 2007, rejoined the firm in the same role on Monday.
