A professional service firm owned by partners of Singapore’s RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has announced it is planning an initial public offering in the city-state next year.

RHT Holding Ltd. is seeking a listing in the first quarter of 2016 on the Singapore Stock Exchange Catalist Board, the country’s stock exchange for small-cap issuers. Tan Chong Huat, a non-executive director of RHT Holding and the managing partner of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, says that the IPO is expected to value the company at $72 million in market capitalization,* and the proceeds will be used to acquire other professional service firms in Southeast Asia, recruit talent and upgrade technology infrastructure.
