Bird & Bird has hired a capital markets partner in Hong Kong.
Wing On Chui joins from King & Wood Mallesons where he was a Hong Kong partner. Chui advises on China-related transactions including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investments. Last July, he represented Shenzhen-based bedding products maker Sinomax Group Ltd. on a $103 million Hong Kong IPO.
