DLA Piper on Monday added three new partners to its corporate team in Singapore.
Former Gibson Dunn & Crutcher partner John Viverito and of counsel Myles Hankin have moved across, as has former Jones Day partner Joseph Bauerschmidt. The hires bolster DLA Piper’s capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and finance capabilities, particularly in the energy space.
