The technology and life sciences-focused firm, which is headquartered in Mountain View, California, has brought on former Kaye Scholer partner Niping Wu. A private equity specialist, she advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and debt financings, and well as Chinese companies on outbound deals.
