Squire Patton Boggs has hired a 12-lawyer insolvency litigation team from Australian firm Piper Alderman.
Led by partner Amanda Banton, the team includes three counsel, four senior associates and four associates. They all start in January 2015 at Squire Patton’s Sydney office.
