China’s Han Kun Law Offices has hired a partner from rival Fangda Partners.
Ma Chen joins as an antitrust partner at Han Kun’s head office in Beijing. He has represented companies in merger control filings and antitrust investigations by Chinese regulators, and also advises on foreign direct investments and mergers and acquisitions.
