Southeast Asian firm Zicolaw is planning to spin off management and other consulting services to a holding company that will raise funds through an initial public offering in Singapore.*

Kuala Lumpur-based Zico Holdings Inc. is looking to raise about $11 million to fund expansion ahead of the launch of the so-called ASEAN Economic Community next year, which will reduce trade barriers in the region in an effort to bolster member countries’ economies.
