Chinese firm DaHui Lawyers has hired a corporate partner in Shanghai.
Lincoln Zhao Zhan joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he was a Shanghai-based counsel specializing in private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions involving Chinese companies. Last month, he advised Hershey Co. on a $492 million acquisition of Chinese candy maker Shanghai Golden Monkey Food Joint Stock Co. Ltd.
