Ropes & Gray has recruited a U.S. federal prosecutor to join its government enforcement practice in Hong Kong.
Patrick Sinclair was formerly the deputy chief of the general crimes section in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. He is currently based in New York but will relocate to Hong Kong early next year.
