Palo Alto-based Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has hired a partner in Beijing.
Ethan Jin joins the technology and life sciences firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a counsel advising on capital markets deals and mergers and acquisitions. Jin’s practice focuses particularly on Hong Kong initial public offerings, where he has acted for both issuers and underwriters, as well as China-related corporate transactions.
