Australia firm Clayton Utz has hired Sydney technology partner Ken Saurajen from rival Gilbert + Tobin.
Saurajen specializes in technology procurement, outsourcing and transformation projects, and on technology transfer in mergers and acquisitions, in 2013 advising Australia’s Nine Entertainment Co. on a buyout of Microsoft Corp.’s stake in its media joint venture, Mi9.
