Clifford Chance is adding a partner to its Perth office.
Energy and resources specialist Paul Lingard, currently a partner with King & Wood Mallesons, will join Clifford Chance in April. In 2011 he advised BHP Billiton Ltd. on its $735 million acquisition of Australian construction contractor HWE Mining Pty. Ltd., a subsidiary of Leighton Holdings.
