Japan’s Big Four law firm Anderson Mori & Tomotsune has opened an office in Hanoi, the firm’s second in Vietnam. The firm’s official public announcement on its latest opening will be released soon, the Tokyo-based firm told Law.com International.

Its Hanoi launch comes eight years after the Japanese firm first established a branch in Ho Chi Minh City in 2015 headed by M&A partner Yasufumi Miki. The Ho Chi Minh City office currently has nine lawyers, including two Japanese partners and one associate.
