Dentons has overhauled pay and bonus schemes for its fee-earners across its U.K., Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) offices, in the latest move in the ongoing fight for talent in the industry.

The international firm has upped its London NQ lawyer base pay by 15% to hit £92,000. That rate stands well below several of its competitors, including Hogan Lovells, which pays £100,000 base and the U.K. Magic Circle, which pay £107,500 base.
