Law firm managers in Brazil are eyeing a hybrid work model when staff members are eventually called back to the office.

Leaders in Latin America’s largest legal market say the decision is driven by a desire to preserve the productivity gains they have seen as lawyers work from home during the pandemic, as well as to offer flexibility in a market where competition for legal talent is incredibly intense.
