Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe’s Paris office has recruited a tax partner from Dentons, bolstering the firm’s power in cross-border transactional advice.

Jessie Gaston arrives officially on August 30, according to Orrick. She practiced for 14 years at Dentons, rising to partner in 2015.
