Herbert Smith Freehills has elevated a New York-based partner to co-head of its Latin America practice as the U.K.-Australian law firm fields more work in the region.
Edward Dougherty, who has extensive experience in project finance, will lead the practice alongside Christian Leathley, who is also Herbert Smith Freehills’ U.S. head of international arbitration and based in New York.
