Eversheds Sutherland will make one off payments to reward its people who signed up to work less hours during the COVID-19 pandemic, but who were unable to due to a busy workload.
The firm announced on Tuesday that it will pay one week’s base salary to all its people who signed up to its ‘Flexing the Working Week Scheme’, but who were too busy to work less hours.
