The Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC) has launched legal proceedings against both the U.K.’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and a London-based Cohen & Gresser partner who previously worked at the SFO alleging they leaked information to a Financial Times journalist.
The ENRC launched a claim in London’s Commercial Court accusing the SFO of leaking information about the ENRC to the media.
