Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is to formally consider racial diversity when building its global disputes teams, the firm’s London head of disputes, Sarah Parkes, has said.
The practice will from now on “affirmatively look at opportunities being given to our Black, Asian and minority ethnic associates,” Parkes added.
