Big Four firm PwC has hired a U.K. asset management veteran from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson to lead on the creation of a legal offering for alternative investment fund managers.

David Selden joins PwC after a 15 year stint at Fried Frank, where he was admitted to the partnership in 2009. He originally qualified in New York before moving to London while at Fried Frank, according to his LinkedIn profile. More recently, Selden acted as a counsel at Fried Frank, according to his former profile on the firm’s website
