Spanish law firm ECIJA has hired a partner in El Salvador to shore up its offering for intellectual property and digital rights in Central America and the Caribbean.

Karla Alas comes to the firm from Romero Pineda & Associates, where she worked for more than 22 years. The recruitment brings ECIJA’s partner count in El Salvador to five.
