Paul Hastings has picked up a pair of new capital markets partners, Samuel Ng and Jason Kuo, for its office in Hong Kong.
Ng joins from Morrison & Foerster, where he was of counsel, advising on debt and equity securities offers. Earlier this year, he acted for the underwriters on food and beverage company Tsit Wing International Holdings Ltd.’s $68 million Hong Kong listing.
