Birmingham’s Heatons is losing its managing partner David Beech to West End corporate finance investment house Arev at the end of March. Beech has been head at Heatons, which also has offices in Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent, for 10 years. The firm has worked with Arev recently, notably on the takeover of Big Food Group by Icelandic investment group Baugur. Heatons corporate partner Rob Parry said: “David always thought at some point he would leave law as he is entrepreneurial himself.”
