Gillian Smith led the SJ Berwin team acting for Stage Three Music, Apax Partners and Ingenious Ventures in relation to a term facility provided by HSBC Private Bank, that will allow music publisher Stage Three Music to spend up to £40m on music catalogue acquisitions and songwriters. HSBC was advised by Eversheds banking partner David Boyd.

Neil Waller, a banking partner at Bristol firm TLT, advised ethical bank Triodos on its loan facility to green electricity provider Ecotricity to enable it to build London’s first wind park in Dagenham. Bond Pearce assistant Adrian Beddoe acted for Ecotricity.
