Jenkens & Gilchrist has handed over the names of clients that allegedly participated in fraudulent tax shelters as the Dallas giant attempts to end the high-profile controversy.
The top 100 US firm handed over the names to an Illinois court on 17 May after Judge James Moran ruled that naming clients was not a breach of attorney-client privilege.
