Allen & Overy has lost a banking and projects partner from Hong Kong to Australian firm Clayton Utz, becoming the second partner to leave the firm’s Hong Kong office this month. The move sees Australian-qualified Grant Fuzi return to Clayton Utz to join its project finance practice. His practice also covers general banking and structured finance.
