Heather Munday, a 2000 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law practiced law at Alston & Bird as an associate in their litigation and trial practice group prior to accepting her current position as senior counsel for e-discovery at Georgia-Pacific in 2008. In this role, she has developed extensive knowledge regarding the entire life cycle of discovery, from litigation holds and preservation of evidence to providing legal advice on the likely impact of new information technologies on discovery in a business environment.
Lisa Lemke of Counsel on Call, who has worked closely with Munday on matters involving e-discovery, said Munday “is quickly able to analyze complex problems, provide recommendations, and gain consensus on strategy.”
