Practice Profile: Fisher represents individuals and businesses in contractual and partnership, fiduciary duty, insurance and employment disputes. He also is an adjunct professor of business law at Clayton State University.

Fisher and several Taylor English attorneys represented Bart Fanelli, a former employee of BMC Software who had sued BMC, claiming he was harmed by the company’s mishandling of an investigation into allegations that Fanelli groped a fellow employee from the U.K. When the U.K. employee sued the company, a U.K. employment tribunal found BMC liable. Taylor English Duma then sued BMC on Fanelli’s behalf because Fanelli said BMC never told him the woman had filed the complaint. Fanelli won damages, plus attorney fees, based on the harm done to his reputation. Both were upheld on appeal.
