SAN FRANCISCO — A trio of intellectual property litigators has jumped from Hogan Lovells to Winston & Strawn’s San Francisco office.

Partners Korula “Sunny” Cherian, who was a cohead of Hogan Lovell’s U.S. IP practice, Scott Wales and Constance Ramos joined the IP group of the Chicago-based firm on Thursday. The three, who focus on complex patent litigation and licensing, moved with partners Sarah Jalali and John Hamann to Hogan Lovells from Howrey in 2011. At that time, Cherian was said to have more than $10 million of business.
