Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Myron T. Steele has decided to retire at the end of November, according to an announcement from Governor Jack Markell.
Steele informed Markell on Friday afternoon of his intention to retire effective November 30. Markell is expected to start the search for a replacement promptly.
