A lawsuit between two investors over the ownership of a Ukrainian television network was dismissed because, under Delaware’s Limited Liability Company Act, the state’s Court of Chancery does not have personal jurisdiction over limited liability partnerships that do not conduct any transactions within the state.

Chancery Court Chancellor Leo E. Strine Jr. issued the decision November 14 in New Media Holdings v. Brown and Capita Fiduciary Group .
