The Delaware Chancery Court has bifurcated a complex legal dispute between BAE Systems Information and Lockheed Martin Corp. into two separate phases, the "Contract Interpretation Phase" and a "Damages Phase."

Vice Chancellor John W. Noble issued the decision in a letter opinion in the case ofBAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. v. Lockheed Martin Corp.
