Outgoing Chancellor William Chandler of the Delaware Chancery Court has announced he will join the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, upon his retirement from the bench this June.
"Wilson Sonsini is one of the most dominant firms in Silicon Valley with an incredible client base that ranges from young start-up technology firms to large publicly held firms," Chandler said in an interview. "I thought it would be very exciting to be engaged in a company with that kind of a client base."
