A trio of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom transactional attorneys has relocated to Delaware-based mid-size firm Morris James effective Monday, jumpstarting a new corporate mergers and acquisitions practice in an effort to bolster the firm’s competitive standing against local peers.
Vincent Cannizzaro will serve as chair of the practice, being promoted to partner from his senior associate position at Skadden in the move. Cannizzaro is joined by counsel Aarish Sheikh and associate Justin Larsen, also from Skadden.
