First Foundation Inc., a bank holding company, and members of its board of directors were sued Wednesday in Delaware Court of Chancery. The lawsuit, filed by Christensen & Dougherty and Schulte Roth & Zabel on behalf of Driver Opportunity Partners I LP, accuses the defendants of interfering with the director nomination process and harassing one of Driver’s nominees into withdrawing her candidacy. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2023-0287, Driver Opportunity Partners I LP v. Max Briggs et al.
