The U.S. Attorney’s Office removed a defamation lawsuit against Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), Hunter Biden, CNN and Politico to Delaware District Court on Tuesday. The suit was filed on behalf of John Paul Mac Isaac, owner of the computer repair shop where Biden dropped off the infamous laptop which was later turned over to the FBI in response to a grand jury investigation into Biden’s lobbying and financial dealings. The complaint accuses the defendants of trying to discredit the contents of the laptop by falsely portraying the plaintiff as a ‘Russian agent’ who was complicit in a ‘disinformation campaign.’ The case is 1:23-cv-00247, Mac Isaac v. Cable News Network Inc. et al.
