Connolly Gallagher attorneys Matt Boyer and Ryan Newell joined on “The Use of Special Discovery Masters in the State and Federal Courts” discussion at the 23rd annual Rubenstein-Walsh seminar on Ethics and Professionalism at the Delaware State Bar Association.
As co-chair of the labor and employment group, Boyer provides legal counsel and litigation services on a broad range of employment law issues. Boyer’s employment practice includes compliance counseling, employment discrimination litigation, drafting and enforcement of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, internal investigations and employment-related mediations.
Newell represents clients who are faced with a variety of business law issues, both in and out of litigation. In litigation, Newell has represented parties in corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, the Delaware Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He has also represented parties as Delaware counsel in intellectual property litigation in the District of Delaware.
