Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor corporate attorney Emily Burton is a scheduled panelist at a Friday telephone seminar hosted by the American Law Institute.
The seminar, titled “Blockchain: What Is It and Why Do My Clients Care About It?,” will introduce listeners to the technology and smart contracts. Other scheduled panelists include attorney Jeffrey D. Neuburger of Proskauer Rose; Duke University School of Law’s Jeff Ward; and Stephen Winer of J.P. Morgan Intellectual Property. Burton is a member of Young Conaway’s corporate counseling and litigation section.
