A federal judge has refused to dismiss a patent lawsuit filed against Comcast Corp., ruling that the defendants did not provide enough evidence to prove that one of Comcast’s subsidiaries is no longer an active Delaware corporation.

U.S. District Judge Leonard P. Stark of the District of Delaware issued the ruling October 1 in DN Lookup Technologies v. Comcast.
