The Delaware legal community is abuzz over Vivian Rapposelli, a candidate for one of the Democratic openings on the state Superior Court, sitting in the back of a New Castle County Superior Court hearing and taking notes on November 9. Sources say it could be a sign that she will be one of three names Gov. Jack Markell submits to the legislature for confirmation on the court.
Rapposelli did not return two phone calls and an e-mail seeking comment.
