Sam Glasscock was confirmed as the newest vice chancellor of the Delaware Chancery Court last week in a unanimous vote by the Delaware General Assembly.

Glasscock started a 12-year term as vice chancellor. His term commenced after he was sworn in, which occurred at the conclusion of the confirmation hearing.
The General Assembly voted 18-0 to confirm Glasscock with three senators absent from the proceedings.
