A fight is brewing in the Court of Chancery between Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. and certain of it shareholders regarding its rejection of a bid from Belgian beer giant InBev NV/SA.

The St. Louis, Mo.-based company, whose brands include Budweiser and Bud Lite, said in a release that its board of directors unanimously rejected InBev’s $65 per share offer on June 26. The offer would come to about $46.4 billion total.
