Once again, the Delaware Supreme Court has reversed and remanded the personal injury case Wright v. Moore, also taking the unusual step of directing that it be assigned to a new judge.

The high court ruled in favor of Debra Wright, the plaintiff/appellant, stating that the trial judge abused her discretion when she denied a motion to modify a pretrial scheduling order to reopen discovery so Wright could admit new evidence about actual medical expenses.
